Handling Time

We ship most orders the next day if the order is placed before our cut-off time (10:00AM).
During peak season (Oct-Jan), handling time can increase up to 3 business days. We ship out from Monday to Friday. For large orders or orders required verification/address correction, we may need more time to process your order.

Estimated Arrival

Delivery and transit time is only an estimate and not guaranteed unless guaranteed shipping service was purchased during checkout. All orders will be shipped the next day if placed after our shipping cutoff time of 10:00AM (peak season exception applies).

Failed Deliveries

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time their order is placed. Due to the fragile nature of our food products, Supreme Wizardry cannot resend or refund orders that are returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, having an incorrect address or for being refused/unclaimed. If purchaser wishes to make an additional attempt to send goods to a new/corrected delivery address, purchaser will have to create a new order and pay for both the product and shipping costs.
